Ruddy Ticks

Small Arachnids of the Ebon Glade Forest, they are eusocial and make their homes in the tree branches. They build large networks of webs along low hanging branches connecting to their main hive, which bares a vague resemblance to a humanoid heart. Their webs and hive are made from silk they secrete, that dimly glows a light reddish hue to attract their prey.
