Black Dog Institute's Rest Ninja app enables youths to find out about sleep in a fun, interactive method under the guidance of the 'Master Rest Ninja.' The app helps teens' create healthy and balanced rest practices and enhance rest high quality.

Nib foundation Limited is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) with a philanthropic function of progressing health and advancing social or public well-being.
