Set Bonus
A set bonus is an increase in secondary stats for a set mods. The set bonus increases in strength dependent on the number of set mods that are equipped without duplicates (e.g., a Warframe's primary and melee mods both come with the Vigilante Set's "Enhance Critical Hits" bonus, but it will only count as one). However the set bonus cannot be enhanced by normal fusion.
Some sets have several options. The first one offers an initial bonus, while the others are depending on the number of items worn above the base amount. Fables of the Feywild, for instance, provides an additional set with two items equipped and a superior bonus if you wear more.
Benthic gear is available from Voidbinder Zorlan or Voidbinder Strzah in Mezzamere in exchange for Prismatic manapearls. These manapearls are able to upgrade the stats of a Benthic item upgrade (maps.google.hr published a blog post) using an upgrader for increased ilvl or additional stats. The upgrader also allows you to roll an item with the same stats. Contrary to enchantments an upgrader can't apply the same effect repeatedly. The item upgrader mod used to apply the upgrade will be consumed forever.
