Dagalt

Dagalt are a species of hairless canines native to the Ohkorra Desert. Often found roaming the hotter portions of the desert in packs up to 20 individuals, Dagalt are feared predators in the region. They are one of the uppermost predators in the region’s food chain, second only to the Ebon Nitis.

Physiology

Dagalt are completely hairless, canine-like beasts. While they do possess ears like that of a hound, near their ears are long, prehensile tendrils, believed to be used for detecting prey more sensitively in the relatively low-visibility conditions present among the inner Ohkorra Desert’s frequent sandstorms. Their skin is grey all over, with red markings dispersed across the body.
