Gentleman Moor

The enigmatic entity that is rumored to exist within the inner city of Lycorynth in what is now called The Curtained Weir where a dark haze envelopes the district. It is unknown if he is exists or is simply a form of hallucination brought on by the mysterious miasma. Some accounts name him as "Sir Moor," "The Third Sire," or simply "The Gentleman"

Description

Gentleman Moor is describe as wearing clothing that seem to be period Trynra clothing from  the early decades of the Autumn era; a black top hat, bright redish scarf, and a heavy overcoat of colors varying from dark purples to pure whites. His face is never seen, and only on occasional occurences is he described as having luminescent eyes. Generally, he is said to either have no arms or his arms are in his coat's pockets with only one or two recounts of his hands appearing as white plate gauntlets or red leather gloves with shackles around his wrists.

Other details vary wildly, from his clothes made from sewn animal hides to his scarf being comprised of humanoid flesh or tongues. Some tales tell of him being obscured by a thick smoke billowing from his hat or that some of the rumored birds in the area are his eyes.
