An expansion on spiritual cosmology & deconstructive planes

Chapter I: The Traditional Firmament

During my tenure at the libraries of Juruna, I always found myself hampered by an the extensive overabundance of knowledge available. It almost seems criminal in its own right, that Nokanian librarians horde these mass troves of tomes and scrolls, without ever really researching half of it—simply because there is just too much to deal with. But nevertheless, men like me who take pleasure in toiling away over ancient books for days at a time often come across the rare or intriguing gem of knowledge in the piles of fictions and treatises we sift through.

One such gem was an old Lyrian narrative, titled Daeo a Aiamyr (Daeo & The Star-Beast), an old legend many Nokanians and wandering Lyrians alike may be familiar with. The story follows the journey of a detached, post-reformation Kendaeist priest transversing the astral planes, after waking one morning with the ability to see coexisting spirit realms. In this heightened state, Daeo meets a spirit he calls the Aiamyr (or Star-Beast) that takes him on an adventure throughout the astral planes of the universe.
